Title: Yeast Buns

Yield: 1 Servings

2 1/4	lb	Flour
3/4	c	Sugar
1/2	c	Currants
1/2	c	Butter, or dripping
2	c	Water, hot
1	c	Yeast
		Essence, to taste.
		Nutmeg, to taste.

Mix together all ingredients and keep very warm.

Make into buns next morning. Let rise again. Then bake for about half an hour.
